We have been selling professional equipment and semiconductor industry equipment to EMS factories in Europe, America, and Japan for more than 30 years, and have achieved a remarkable record of selling more than 10,000 units in Asia. This not only represents the number of equipment sold but also the best verification of continuous service and care for customers who purchase equipment, accompanying them to grow together.
UTRUN has branches and service locations in Taiwan, South China, East China, Central China, and North China. The service scope includes Taiwan and China, as well as overseas regions such as Asia, America, and Europe. In view of the rapid development and migration of the technology industry, the company integrated domestic resources and gathered top master’s and doctoral talents in Taiwan in 2022 to invest in the research and development of ceramic structures and ceramic-metal composite materials as the main core. After many efforts, we finally developed a unique production technology and officially established a production base in 2025, investing in the mass production of aluminum carbide silicon. The initial output can reach 16 tons, and it is estimated that it can be quickly expanded to 50 tons of production capacity. We look forward to meeting the needs of industrial equipment, semiconductor packaging, and energy fields, and contributing to Taiwan’s industry.
